Women looking to improve local business

Brandy Weingartner and Kelly Gorgacz-Olinger are aiming for a higher level. The two are the owners of Scrapbooking Expressions in Westgate Plaza. The business, open since August 2008, had a grand re-opening under new ownership this month.
