Senior Center hosts Ice Cream Social

The Dorothy Powell Senior Adult Center, 405 E. Sixth St., will host an Ice Cream Social from 1 to 3 p.m. today. The social includes free ice cream sundaes and live entertainment by the Desert Country Musicians. In addition, there will be demonstrations on scrapbooking and greeting cards, gardening and zumba. The free event is open to all and sponsored by the city of Casa Grande and Dairy Queen.

School fundraisers

Notre Dame Regional School will host a scrapbooking fundraiser from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Feb. 19. The event will feature vendors, a basket auction, make and takes, card making and an exchange box. There will also be a massage therapist available for an additional charge.
