Paso Robles honors teachers, manager of the year

PASO ROBLES – The Paso Robles Joint Unified School District honored its 2011-12 teachers and manager of the year on Tuesday. DeCou is currently the Director of Curriculum for the district and has served admirably in that position for many years.
